Since 2021, I’ve worked closely with the internal creative studio at Pandora, the global jewellery brand known for their iconic charm bracelets just as much as their loyal fan base. Over the years, I’ve helped shape how Pandora’s tone of voice is expressed across touchpoints, ensuring consistency and character across everything from CRM flows to TikTok posts. I’ve also contributed to the ongoing evolution of the brand’s verbal identity, writing guidelines for key jewellery categories. The result: copy that balances emotional connection with commercial performance, in a tone that sparkles as brightly as their fine jewellery.
