Inscape Health is a new online mental health platform combining therapy sessions with psycho-educational tools to support emotional wellbeing in the digital age. Founded by a clinical psychologist and digital programmer, I was brought on to help shape how that vision would materialise.Working with the founders and design studio, I shaped the brand’s positioning – setting the mission, vision and values – and developed high-level target audience personas based on user needs and market insights. From there, I built a tone of voice framework to guide the platform’s communication: one that balances emotional safety and psychological depth with a playful, anti-productivity tone inspired by internet culture and gamified systems. This foundational work helped shape the voice of a brand designed to make serious care feel accessible, intuitive – and even a little fun.
